
Ted L. Tinsman
Ted L. Tinsman is the senior bankruptcy attorney at Douglas, Haun & Heidemann, P.C. With nearly 20 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law in southwest Missouri, Ted has filed well over 2,000 bankruptcy cases for people and small businesses under Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
In addition to Ted’s bankruptcy work, he has provided legal services for IRS offer and compromise, debt settlement, workers’ compensation, family law, Social Security disability, and personal injury cases. Ted graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Lincoln University in 1989, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 1992.
Ted is very involved in the community, including participation with Habitat For Humanity, leadership in his church, and participaton in the Council of Churches of the Ozarks.

Jordyn M. Hill
Jordyn Hill predominantly grew up in Georgia, but later moved to Wichita, Kansas, where he finished high school. He went to college at Kansas State University, ultimately receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science. Afterwards, Jordyn moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to obtain his law degree from the University of Arkansas. During law school, Jordyn focused on business and corporate law. In doing so, Jordyn had the opportunity to work within the legal departments of two top Fortune 500 companies: Tyson Foods and Walmart. He also spent three months abroad, working for the corporate division of an international law firm in Shanghai, China. Since the completion of his legal education, Jordyn has focused his attention on consumer bankruptcy practice, the only area of law he’s practiced in for the past several years.
Jordyn has a passion for spending time with his family, sports, and the outdoors. He enjoys the high volume of client interaction he gets within the area of consumer bankruptcy, as well as the opportunity to usher his clients through one of the most difficult times of their lives and establish a financial plan for their long-term success.

Cindy Carter
Cindy Carter has been in the legal field for twenty-nine years. In 2005, Cindy earned an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Drury University, and a Professional Paralegal certification from NALS, the association for legal professionals.
After spending several years working in various legal fields for many law firms, Cindy focused her interest in obtaining an American Bar Association-approved Associate Degree of Science in Paralegal Studies from Missouri Western State University in 2012. Cindy believes in helping and serving the public through the legal field.

Maegan Gallipo
Maegan is the newest member of the Tinsman Bankruptcy Team, joining us in 2020 after having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health, with a minor in Psychology, from College of the Ozarks in 2019.
Maegan enjoys exercising her organization skills daily. Maegan is dedicated to her family and a loyal friend to many. She hopes to start her own business someday, selling repurposed antiques and art of her own creation. Maegan enjoys spending time outside, gardening, and shopping.

Tony Bleau
Tony Bleau has been a Paralegal for over twenty years, with experience in many areas of law, including bankruptcy, insurance defense litigation, collections, and medical malpractice. Tony has been a previous member of the Springfield Missouri Paralegal Association (SMPA) and was President, Vice-president, and Secretary in the past with SMPA. He has a Paralegal Degree, Bachelors of Science Degree, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Tony has been married for over twenty-five years and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys viewing most sports including: college football, soccer, pro football, baseball, hockey and Olympics sports (both summer and winter). He also loves animals, and spending time with church and family events. Tony also served in the military for eight years and has an Honorable Discharge from the military. His focus was helicopter repair.
